The new Time Management and Planning features are extremely beneficial in staffing and review of employees as it provides management with simple means to set goals for their staff and measure their progress against these goals. Creative Manager Pro visually charts the billable time and the time that was actually realized (billed) to quickly enable management to review employee efficiency. Creative Manager Pro now also highlights the reasons why time is written off.
Details of the new Time Management and Planning features:
1. Labor Budgets are now available by employee, which including billable-hours goals and billable-dollars goals. Labor budgets may be reviewed by each employee using a bar chart that will show each employee their own goal, target hours, billable hours (as entered in the employees timesheets), billed hours, and unbilled hours. Management is now able to chart visually and analyze this information on a real time basis by employee, by department, by office, or for the entire firm.
2. 'Write off reasons' provide users with analysis of hours and dollars written off along with the related reasons. This analysis is viewed via a pie chart that is automatically generated for each employee, department, office, or for the entire company.
