I have been in the Accounting industry for over 10 years and spent many of these years auditing a variety of publicly and privately held companies, and their accounting systems. In addition I have worked in the private sector and have been exposed to multiple accounting solutions. Recently, I joined an advertising agency that had been using your CMP platform. During Q4, 2008, we successfully converted to your Workamajig interface. I wanted to let you know that I appreciate your system�s flexibility and efficiency. Many systems that I have been exposed to contained illogical interfaces, making the software difficult for users to understand. In addition, many of these systems were cumbersome and time consuming for users to enter and report data. During my tenure with my previous employer, we spent significant amounts of money developing our existing system to produce functionality and reporting tools that should have been incorporated in the base product. With your product, we do not experience any of these issues. We can produce ad-hoc reports on the fly, efficiently enter our data, and can easily modify screen views which maximize our employees� efficiency. "My favorite part is 'electronic billing,' the system generated worksheets for production billing. It is fast, efficient and spreads the ownership to more than the accounting department.

"We have been using Workamajig® for about three years.
The integration of the job tracking and accounting systems is really great. There are many pre-programmed reports and graphs which are very easy to use and very informative to our company. Our biggest issue has been that the extensive nature of the software available is sometimes overwhelming. Yet, the longer we use the program, the more we take advantage of the vast functionality.
There are a few areas in which we have asked for additional or improved functions. Workamajig® has integrated a few of our requests into their software updates. They are very open to improving their program and adding more components which would be helpful to their client base.

"Torque is a $1.5mm agency with eight to ten full-time staff. We have been running on Workamajig® for over two years. With that much project and accounting data on the system, we can really tap historical performance data to understand our pricing and efficiency. For us, the integration of financial accounting with project info has been a time saver and great for data accuracy. As we grow, we look forward to tapping more of the robust traffic capabilities of the platform. The capacity of the system is enormous, and although it took a little to become familiar with all of its functions, it is very user-friendly. As for service, the Workamajig® team has been very responsive to our email requests for help. The server is always up, and has only been offline for upgrades (lasting hours, usually Sunday nights, only a few times per year).
