I have been in the Accounting industry for over 10 years and spent many of these years auditing a variety of publicly and privately held companies, and their accounting systems. In addition I have worked in the private sector and have been exposed to multiple accounting solutions. Recently, I joined an advertising agency that had been using your CMP platform. During Q4, 2008, we successfully converted to your Workamajig interface. I wanted to let you know that I appreciate your system�s flexibility and efficiency. Many systems that I have been exposed to contained illogical interfaces, making the software difficult for users to understand. In addition, many of these systems were cumbersome and time consuming for users to enter and report data. During my tenure with my previous employer, we spent significant amounts of money developing our existing system to produce functionality and reporting tools that should have been incorporated in the base product. With your product, we do not experience any of these issues. We can produce ad-hoc reports on the fly, efficiently enter our data, and can easily modify screen views which maximize our employees� efficiency. The integration of the job tracking and accounting systems is really great. There are many pre-programmed reports and graphs which are very easy to use and very informative to our company.
