We’ve got a few updates to share on what’s happening across Workamajig User Groups, including some new additions we’re excited to introduce.
✨ New: AI Enhancement Requests Space
In response to the many questions we’ve received around AI, we’ve published an in-depth letter outlining our approach and perspective, now available in this newly introduced space within our WUG community, dedicated to AI updates, enhancement requests, and ideas.
This is where you can learn more about Workamajig’s approach to AI, share your own suggestions, and see what others are asking for. You can also like and comment on ideas to help highlight what would be most valuable across the group.
Our team will actively review this space, taking both the ideas and the level of interest into account as we evaluate future enhancements.
Note: To access this area, you’ll be prompted to create an account and log in to the Workamajig User Group community.
We’re excited to announce the launch of a new Workamajig User Group focused on billing: Bill With It, led bySierra Sanders.
This group is designed for anyone who touches billing in Workamajig, from invoicing and account management to operations and finance. It’s a space to share best practices, work through challenges, and learn how others are managing billing processes across their teams.
Sierra brings over 10 years of experience in billing operations and financial workflows, along with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach that makes this group both practical and approachable.
We’re also excited to launch another new Workamajig User Group, led by Adam McCoy, focused on agencies that have transitioned from Advantage to Workamajig.
This group brings together users who share a common background, language, and set of challenges, creating a space for open discussion, shared experiences, and practical insights as you navigate and optimize Workamajig.
If you’ve transitioned from Advantage, this is a great opportunity to connect with others, compare approaches, and learn from peers who understand your starting point.
We’ve also opened a shared discussion space for Workamajig User Group members.
This space is designed specifically for ANYONE participating in WUGs and is meant for broader conversations that go beyond a single group. It’s a great place to ask questions that apply across teams, share helpful resources, continue discussions, or connect with others outside your specific WUG focus.
If a topic could benefit more than one group, this is the place to post it!
We’re excited to introduce a new initiative, the Super Users Group (SuperWUG). This will be a small group of 10–12 agency users who will act as a steering committee, providing high-level feedback to help guide future Workamajig enhancements and shape industry best practices.
We’re now opening up the application process. If you’re interested in participating, you can complete this survey. We’ll be selecting members based on experience in the creative industry, familiarity with Workamajig, and overall system knowledge.
As a thank-you for your time, SuperWUG members will receive periodic swag and gift cards to our Workamajig swag shop.
We’re excited about what’s building across the WUGs, with more in the works. We’ll keep you posted as new groups take shape and become available to join.
As always, if you’re interested in leading a WUG, you can learn more and apply here.

P.S. Not directly WUG-related, but something we wanted to share with you:
We’ve launched a newRefer & Earn program, a simple way to reward you for introducing other agencies to Workamajig. Many of our best relationships have come from customers sharing their experience with others, and this is our way of saying thank you. If you know an agency that could benefit from better project visibility, resourcing, and financial insight, send them our way.
You’ll earn a cash reward when they take a demo, with an additional bonus if they become a customer. Full program detailshere.
