What is a Gantt Chart?
A Gantt Chart is a project management tool that uses a graphical representation of activities vs time. Using project management timelines and tasks as horizontal Gantt bars, you’ll see a bar chart displaying when an activity begins and ends in relation to a deadline, how it overlaps with other activities, and what has to be done and by when.
