What is a PIE Matrix Template?
A PIE Matrix evaluates potential projects to help gain a focus on growth and continuous improvement. It’s based on three factors (Potential, Importance, and Ease). Each of these factors is scored on a scale of 1-10. These are then multiplied together (P x I x E) to create the PIE score. The higher the score, the more viable the option is.
