What is a RACI Matrix?
A RACI Matrix (or ‘Responsibility Assignment Matrix’) is a visual representation of the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders involved in a project. With the use of our RACI Matrix Template, you can easily assign tasks and roles within a project.
