What is a RICE Framework Template?
The RICE Framework is a tool to help prioritize larger initiatives or product features that require cross-functional collaboration.
RICE takes its name from: Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort. Each of these is given a score, with RIC multiplied together and then divided by E. The higher the final score, the more viable the option is.
