Fresh Features Are Blooming
As part of the May release, we’re adding a number of exciting new features to Workamajig designed to give your agency more flexibility, better financial control, and stronger workflow visibility.
We’d also like to thank all of our Beta and Lab testers. Your input is always greatly appreciated and helps us make each release more useful for the teams who rely on Workamajig every day.

Browse the current WUGs:
Our Workamajig User Groups (WUGs) landing page is now live. You can browse groups that are already up and running, join ones that match your role or interests, or apply to lead a new group. We’ll be rolling out new groups regularly, so stay tuned—and we’d love to hear what topics matter most to you.
We’ve had interest in a GaleForce-focused group, centered on Workamajig + GaleForce integrations for digital and non-digital media. If you have experience in this area and would be interested in leading that group, we’d love for you to apply here.
Two groups you may want to join:

Sierra Sanders is kicking off a new billing-focused WUG, bringing together Workamajig users to share best practices and talk through real billing challenges. The first session is just around the corner on May 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST

You can always join the General Discussion group to connect with other users anytime. It's a shared space for all WUG members to connect, ask broader questions, share resources, and continue conversations beyond a single group.
Note: If you’re not yet part of a WUG, you’ll be prompted to create a simple login to access and register for these groups.
