Meet Ruth Rumbaugh

Ruth is an Account Manager at Workamajig with 18 years of experience helping agencies get the most out of Workamajig. With a background in hotel software support, she brings a deep understanding of how the right tools and the right training can transform day-to-day workflows.

Ruth loves seeing the moment things “click” for clients. She’s known for her friendly, approachable style paired with a clear agenda: helping teams truly understand Workamajig. One of her core strengths is her ability to listen between the lines, uncovering what a client needs even when they’re not saying it outright, and explaining processes in a way that’s easy to follow.

Originally from Illinois and raised in Arizona, Ruth still calls Arizona home. Outside of work, you’ll find her kayaking, camping, off-roading, reading, or at CrossFit. She’s also the proud owner of what she confidently calls “the two most perfect cats to ever exist.”
