My name is Brooke Schouten, I'm a senior accounting manager.
My name is Laura Boucher, I'm a senior program manager and we are with Adams & Knight Advertising in Avon Connecticut.
Adams & Knight is a full-service marketing agency. We focus on Health Care financial services and lifestyle clients.
 
Brooke: My primary responsibilities at Adams and Knight are the day-to-day financials and I work with the CEO to the program managers on a daily basis.
Laura: So my primary responsibilities on the Strategic Services team include just any communication between our clients and our internal teams in terms of executing projects on time and on budget.
 
Brooke: My most challenging task is the share volume of media that we receive on a day-to-day basis along with the invoices that come in weekly.
Laura: Generally maintaining organization and efficiency across a number of clients and multiple projects at a Time.
 
Brooke: Workamajig helps solve my challenges with the immediate integration for insertion orders and broadcast orders.
Laura: Workamajig really helps an organizational standpoint from start to finish so that we can really track the work that's being done. The way that Workamajig is set up to have the roles identified from an agency standpoint is really helpful
 
Brooke: My one big thing with Workamajig is the integration along with the customer support which has been phenomenal
