Introduction
Workamajig enables us to really keep track of all of our projects and the time we spend on them to make sure that we're staying within our estimate and keeping our clients happy. My name is Jennifer Bergen, and I work for Chess Club Agency. Chess Club Agency is a full-service advertising agency. We do commercials, TV, radio, and lots of social media for our clients.
Challenges Before Workamajig
Prior to Workamajig, we used multiple pieces of software, and so trying to coordinate everything, things were getting missed. Things were falling through the cracks, and that's lost revenue, right? So we got to make sure that we recover everything that we can, and that's what Workamajig is great for. Nothing falls through the cracks that way. It's all in one place, it's already built-in, and I don't have to create code. It's so user-friendly, and it isn't just simple, it is in-depth.
Advantages of Workamajig
Workamajig makes my life easier in so many ways. I love that I can create a project, I can enter my time, and it's live, so anybody can see. If anybody wants to work remotely, we have that capability because it's cloud-based. I also receive all the invoices from our vendors and make sure everybody gets paid on time, so I love that the software allows me to keep track and flags when necessary.
