Hi, my name is Demi Patterson. I'm the associate director of project operations and senior project manager at Scorr Marketing in Carney, Nebraska. Scorr Marketing is a full-service marketing agency in the life science and health science industry, with 65 plus marketing experts, some based remotely, some based in our Carney, Nebraska office, and some based in our Omaha office.

I have the unique opportunity to have a dual role at Scorr Marketing. I'm the associate director of project operations, where I get to manage resourcing and load balancing all of our service lines or creatives. I'm a senior project manager as well, so I have a full client portfolio where I work directly with clients every single day, reviewing projects, making sure we are meeting deadlines and budgets.

Workamajig has been really helpful in managing our clients and our projects for our clients because it's really easy to stay organized as to where in the timeline our projects are currently at, as well as tracking budgets. Workamajig's resourcing function has been really incredible for our agency. I am able to kind of have a bird's eye view into all work moving through our organization on a given day, week, or month, and it allows me to let our creatives really do what they do best and focus on writing, designing, and developing.

You know, spending a lot of time and energy focusing on the resourcing function within Workamajig has really provided us some great metrics. Our creatives have been able to meet their productivity goal overall for the first time in two years, recently. Without the resourcing function, we probably wouldn't have made it through COVID with as many retained employees. Our employees were really, really busy, and they really had to rely on the resourcing function and my role as associate director of project operations to make sure that all of that work could be done on time and everyone was just at 100% utilization for multiple weeks in a row and trying to manage those expectations while still delivering to our clients.

I think just the way that Workamajig is designed, it allows for agencies of all sizes and allows for further growth of those agencies. We have grown exponentially in the past eight years since I've been at Scorr, and as we continue to grow, I have no doubt that Workamajig will be there right along with us.
