Partnering with Workamajig was definitely the right decision for us. Workamajig makes my life easier in so many ways. It really is kind of our all-in-one solution for everything in the agency. Workamajig tracks all of our projects, it tracks client information, and who our contacts are at the client level. All of our billing our time tracking I can go into the tool set up my client set up my project schedule and budget and I'm able to run a lot of different reports in a variety of ways to get the data I need to effectively manage my projects. Workamajig has so many different modules and they are continually making improvements on the software over time and so now it's really an invaluable tool for us. I love that I can enter my time and it's live so anybody can see. If anybody wants to work remotely, we have that capability because it's cloud-based. I'm just amazed that Workamajig does everything that a company could use, from the art people to the account managers, client services, and the billing. It's all in one place, it's already built in, it's so user-friendly, and it isn't just simple; it is in-depth. MSI Communications would not have grown in the way that we've grown and would not be as successful as we are today if we weren't using Workamajig. We would definitely be lost without it.
