Meet Lyn Porter
Lyn Porter is an Account Manager at Workamajig who brings a rare, client-side perspective to every training session. Before joining the team, she was a Workamajig power user responsible for transforming tangled workflows into smooth, organized systems across fast-moving marketing and media environments. She knows exactly what it feels like to be in the client’s seat - learning the platform, rolling out new processes, and rallying entire teams around better ways of working.
That firsthand experience shapes her training style today. Lyn’s teaching style is: practical, empathetic, and rooted in real-world challenges. She’s skilled at breaking down complex features, showing how they apply to day-to-day operations, and helping clients get those “oh, this makes everything easier” moments that move projects forward.
Originally from Western Massachusetts and now splitting her time between Maine and New Hampshire, Lyn enjoys lake days and traveling with her wonderful husband. Guided by her motto, “Why save the good stuff for later?” she brings energy, clarity, and genuine understanding to every client she works with.
