Ten Adams is a full-service healthcare marketing, advertising, and branding agency. The main problem we were looking to solve was just efficiencies. We were printing out tons of checks each week and it was just very time-consuming to physically print those checks out of Workamajig, have the president hand sign them, stuff the envelopes, put the postage on them, and mail them.

Fastpay reached out to me and I thought you know what, this is a good time we were having some issues with our current process at the time we just exported our vendor list from workamajig, and gave them our bank account information from the accounts that we used to pay our invoices signed a couple of agreements and we were set up and running very quickly.

Because of the customization at Workamajig, you really can get a very clear sight of what is going on in your business. really having that good data in there helps you make Better Business decisions on what type of work you can do and for how much money. 

To me, the most impactful part about fast pay is just how easy it makes paying vendors. the fact that I can go into Workamajig select what I need to pay and then hit submit, and then it's done is incredible.
 
A really nice feature of Fastpay is their customer service team so we've got a dedicated account person that is pretty much an extension of our accounting department. 
Any requests that we have to make the system better we shoot it over to our rep and typically by the next update that request has been implemented in the system. So it's just they're so responsive they really care about helping us do our job better.
 
We are starting to see the efficiencies in using the card management feature so the media team doesn't have to go through each statement from a major credit card and try to reconcile what all those charges are for because we're able to divvy them out by whatever we want but we do by client and campaign so you know whenever that comes in this is exactly what it's for and you move on down the road.

One no-brainer to switching to Fastpay was that it's a free service but it's not only a free service you actually make money when we first started using Fastpay we were making around $20,000 a year back from the rebates on the virtual cards the second year it was at $22,000 and now we're on the third year and we've made $29,000. So it's just a win-win all around it's helping with efficiencies, and it's taking a huge piece of the workload off of you it surely shows that it pays off to use Fastpay.
