As director of customer intelligence and strategic consulting, he directs Surdell and Partners’ technology and business consultation practice and has led development of our i3 Retail Information SystemSM. Adam has expertise in all aspects of the Workamajig platform (Client Services, Project Management, Trafficking, CRM and Finance modules) and is available for on-site training anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. Adam holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Nebraska.
