February is About Momentum
By Esther Cohen, Director of Marketing
As we move further into 2026, we’re continuing to focus on practical innovation, stronger community connections, and meaningful opportunities to grow both inside and outside the Workamajig platform.
Inside this edition, you’ll hear directly from Mike Wang on our thoughtful approach to AI, learn about the launch of the 2026 Workamajig Scholarship Program, catch up on recent video resources, and see how our User Group community continues to expand.
As always, our goal remains simple - help your agency work smarter, operate more efficiently, and stay ahead.

Our Approach to AI at Workamajig
There’s a lot of noise right now about AI, what it can do, what it might replace, and the many platforms that are racing to incorporate AI. We’ve been asked about this quite a lot, and I wanted to take the opportunity to speak directly to our users and share our approach to AI at Workamajig.
Our mission statement remains strong.
Our focus isn’t on flashy features. It’s on making your day easier. If AI can reduce clicks, automate repetitive steps, improve accuracy, or save your team time, that’s where we’re interested. And importantly, we’re not planning to charge extra just because a feature uses AI. We believe efficiency improvements should strengthen your investment in Workamajig, not complicate it.
A lot of what we’re building right now is foundational. Infrastructure. The kind of “under the hood” work that isn’t always visible but ensures what we release is reliable and secure.
You’ve already seen small examples of this in action:
- Machine learning is helping categorize credit card expenses
- “Ask AI” inside our API documentation to help developers move faster
And there’s more coming. We’re working toward:
- An automation engine that allows you to create triggers and actions inside Workamajig
- AI-generated project summaries at key milestones
- Proofing tools that automatically flag version changes
- Smarter forecasting using your historical data
Everything we build will respect your existing permissions and security settings. AI won’t override user access. That’s non-negotiable.
Our goal isn’t to replace how you work. It’s to remove friction so you can focus on the work that matters.
We’ll continue to roll things out thoughtfully, and we’ll keep listening to your feedback along the way.
Thanks for being part of the journey.
