My name is Cali MItchell, I work at BBR Creative in Lafayette Louisiana and I'm the traffic coordinator.
How did you hear about workamajig?
Workamajig had just been installed in our agency maybe a year before I got there so it was pre-existing, It was still kind of new they were shifting from a previous project management system so there hadn't been a whole lot of training for a lot of staff members so I kind of got thrown into it but with all the videos and help sections it was really easy to teach.
Has productivity increased with Workamajig?
Productivity has definitely increased just because we're not losing paper handouts/we're not losing sheets of paper all over the office, they're not accidentally being thrown away etc. so we're able to get what the artists need for revisions and everything immediately to them which is probably the best part of the feature really.
Has Profitability increased with Workamajig?
Profitability has definitely gone up just because we're able to do it in a more efficient and more timely manner. We're not wasting days waiting on a layout to circulate because I can set a due date, a due time. I can set hourly reminders which everyone just loves getting a reminder every hour "Hey you need to check this like now". So it's definitely increased our profitability
Any Advice for other agencies about workamajig?
I would say if you want to be happier and live longer you should probably implement Workamajig, otherwise you are going to have a very stressful little life at your agency.
