Tom Hasler from DWA enlightens us on how Workamajig affects his agency for the better every single day.

Workamajig is a fully integrated project management system that does it all for advertising agencies and in-house creative teams.


My name is Tom Hassler the name of the company is Deborah Woods Associates also DWA health care communications group and my title is controller.
How did you hear about Workamajig?
So when I was brought on board in August 2016 they had already selected Workamajig. It was the first time we've ever had a project management piece of software, we were using Great Planes for accounting, and the project management piece was pretty much done all on spreadsheets from my understanding.
How do daily Time sheets help?
We're Definitely now able to track a lot better against budgets. One of my favorite things about it is getting the data out of Workamajig and that I can pull all kinds of data, the campaign level, earned revenue, we get utilization numbers out of the system, etc. So there's just a lot of good data that can be extracted from Workamajig that we really didn't have that visibility before.
What would you say to someone considering Workamajig?
It was extremely painful to get data out of the system we used before not just for myself but also for all my employees, It was just hard and so for me, there's a huge advantage of being able to create my own custom reports, get the data out and doing anything along those lines, it's just a really awesome piece of software.
