Forecasting for Profit
If you’re a project manager, you know I’m not being dramatic with the following statement:
‘The profitability of your agency and the happiness of your team is dependent on effective resource forecasting.’
From not over or under-working employees, to hiring in a timely manner, to anticipating industry trends, resource forecasting is all-encompassing and all-important. Like a weatherman helps people decide what to do and what to wear based on the day’s weather, resource forecasting in an agency predicts a project’s needs so that it can be completed without the storm.
