Continuing on with our 4 Ps!

Zeroing in on people, the focus for this month is being a good team leader and manager.

Being the leader everyone likes

We’re going to angle towards effective resource management, since handling resources in a way that makes a team and projects successful is easily the difference between a great leader and a not-so-great one.

Think of the difference between:

  • Employees that are given tasks they are good at vs employees that are lumped with random tasks.
  • Projects that are handed in on time and under budget vs scrambling to get things done in time and experiencing budget overrun.
  • Employees that have just the right amount of work vs employees who are either under or over-worked.
