3. Control Your Work Environment

While there are some stress factors that cannot be controlled (such as weather and traffic), you can control your work environment so that it becomes more conducive to productivity.

  • Work in a public environment where you are being monitored
  • Track your productivity (and improve it)
  • Listen to music that helps you improve productivity
  • Don’t multitask!
