Hi, my name is Taylor Arth I am the assistant vice president of marketing Communications at Credit One Bank based out of Las Vegas Nevada.

The internal agency at Credit One Bank focuses on all facets of marketing supporting a variety of marketing channels my primary responsibilities at Credit One Bank are to support a team of six account managers through the facilitation of projects that are coming in from those multiple marketing channels.

In addition, reporting on the work volume metrics and resource distribution of all of those projects and how that contributes to our efficiency.
The most challenging task that we have is really managing a constant influx of different complexity of projects we have things coming from everywhere, all different timelines just managing that and keeping track of all of those things and making sure that everything is delivered on time in high quality.

Workamajig has really allowed us to streamline our processes and our workflows. It gives us structure and allows for handoff from Project to project and person to person which makes
it really easy in the scope of work that we do to pick up and keep moving and satisfy our internal clients.

Reporting, we have historically never been able to with any accuracy say how many projects are coming in or where they're going it's all been sort of this gut instinct sort of reaction.
Workamajig has allowed us to accurately track all of that information so that we can resource appropriately.
I love that as a leader Workamajig gives me the views I need to see how my team is working and it really gives me the resources I need to support them from a leadership standpoint, allowing them to effectively complete their jobs and their tasks.
